My primary goal is to help increase the measurable commercial success of my clients’ brands. To help brands succeed, I must understand the business needs and motivations of the users. I take the necessary steps using Product Design to identify the market opportunity, clearly define the problem, and develop a viable solution for that problem and validate the solution with real users. I follow a Design Thinking approach that uses the process of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. I do market research, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, site analytics, and whatever tools are needed to deliver the best way forward. After taking a deep dive, I can then combine art, science, and technology to create products that are Useful, Usable, and Used.
