At Modstar we take a User Centered Design approach to Product Design.  Everything we create must be Effective, Efficient, and Delightful.  Before we write a single line of code we define the product strategy by gaining deep insight into both customer and business needs with user research, market research and gathering stakeholder feedback.  With this data we can clearly define the Problem-Solution and write the Strategic Roadmap documentation.  It is then possible to exceed expectations and lead the way to future success.  The major benefits of our strategy process are innovation, reduced costs, reduced production time, a robust and scalable technological platform, better customer experience, on-brand storytelling, and superior sales.

With the best user-focused strategy in place we dive into Interaction Design. We create wireframes that synthesize all our findings, design guidelines, and technology considerations.  Using the wireframes we generate a clickable prototype. We conduct testing on the prototype and iterate until we have a ready-for-development model.

Concurrent to the Interaction Design process we conduct tech research to identify the best solution that is both proven and cost-effective.  With the technology solution in place we will be able to launch a platform that offers the best user experience and delivers on business goals.

After launch our work is not done. Following the Design Thinking process we continue to evaluate the system to identify areas that need to be improved and iterate to maintain a robust and scalable product.
